HEFa = Heart Energy Field activator

 

1. Sit or stand comfortably so your back is aligned. For sitting this would be on your sit bones on the edge of a chair or on a cushion on the floor. Standing would be with your pelvis dropped and knees slightly bent. You may also lay down.


2. Touch the point of your tongue to the roof of your mouth directly behind your front teeth. Keep jaw relaxed and maintain this for the entire process.


3. Breathe full, seamless, slow, natural breaths that extend from deep in your pelvis to the tops of your shoulders throughout HEFa except where otherwise directed.


4. As you become attuned with this position begin to imagine a 2-dimensional upwards facing heart that is anchored in your perineum and extends about an arm's length away over your upper body. As you focus on this upper heart notice what color or texture it is.


5. Next is a process for clearing affectionately called a heartfart. Breathe deeply and hold your breath. As you do this scrunch up the muscles of your face, neck, shoulders and arms. As you continue to hold your breath imagine any thoughts, worries, images or chatter collecting just below the upper joint of the heart all around the top of your head. When you are ready to release the breath do so in a big whoosh also allowing your muscles to relax. As you exhale imagine that a space opens up at the upper joint of the heart releasing all that was collected. You might imagine it like a puff of smoke or other form extending up into the sky. Take a normal breath and notice how you feel. Repeat the clearing as many times as necessary until you sense that the upper heart is clean and vibrant. Notice if the color or texture has changed.


6. Allow your breath to stabilize comfortably. Next begin to imagine a downwards facing heart that is anchored in the crown of your head and extends below and encompasses your lower body. It is the same size as the upper heart. Notice if it is has a particular color or texture.


7. Once again begin to hold your breath. As you do this tighten all of the muscles in your lower back, abdomen, hips, and legs. As you continue to hold your breath imagine any physical pains, concerns, images or discomforts collect at the lower joint of the heart all around your feet. Once again release your breath in a whoosh and imagine a space opening up in the joint of the lower heart to release all that was collected as you relax your muscles. You might imagine it like a dark ooze being released toward the core of the Earth. Take a normal breath and notice how the lower heart feels. Repeat the clearing as many times as necessary until you sense the lower heart is clean and vibrant. Notice if the color or texture has changed.


8. Allow a gentle smile to form both inside and out. Begin to focus on the field that has been created where the two hearts overlap. This field extends from the perineum to the crown and is widest around the heart area. This is the Heart Energy Field. Check that your tongue is still touching the roof of your mouth, your spine is aligned and relaxed, and your breathing is full and comfortable.


9. Once again focus on the upper heart. Allow this heart to begin to rotate slowly. It may go either to the right or the left, whichever direction feels correct for you. As the upper heart begins to rotate it maintains it's anchor in the perineum and spins like a top around your upper body. Allow this rotation to begin to move more quickly until the heart forms a 3-dimensional spinning cone-like space encompassing your entire upper body.


10. Now focus on the lower heart. Begin to rotate the lower heart slowly in the opposite direction of the upper heart. Allow it to rotate more quickly until it forms a 3-dimensional spinning cone-like space all around your lower body.


11. Once again focus on the Heart Energy Field. Within this field there is spinning in both directions creating a unique sense of energy. As you focus on the HEF notice that the spinning is faster on the edges and slows down as you move toward your core. Find the area within your Field that is still, like the eye of a hurricane.


12. Now imagine that this still point quickly expands outwards in a circle that is just large enough to be bigger than both hearts. Next allow this circle in it's own way to form a sphere completely encompassing both hearts. Take 3 deep focused breaths to stabilize the sphere and the spinning of the hearts.


13. You have reached the area of playfulness within HEFa. As you inhabit the HEF you can do whatever you choose; this is a place of possibilities and potential. You may like to focus on a specific loving intention, invite healing, or have ideas. You might choose to communicate with your higher self, guides, interdimensional beings or loved ones. Perhaps you yourself will travel through time, space, or dimensions. You might also focus on the sound and vibrations of the spinning hearts and sphere. Or you may simply enjoy the sense of energy and peacefulness. Know that you are protected within the HEF and that if you encounter any form of dark energy it is your role to shine light, love, and compassion onto it. Spend as much time within this space as you can.


14. As your time of full engagement with the HEF comes to a close actively disconnect by letting images fade away and saying good-bye to any being you have contacted.


15. Allow the sphere to turn back in to a circle and then shrink down to a point. Slow down the rotating hearts until they stop and return to 2-dimensional form. Notice again their color and/or texture.


16. As you are ready open your eyes make a sound, whatever tone or word pops out. Feel the glow of the energy around and within you. Know that the Heart Energy Field is always available and that as you continue to practice HEFa it will grow stronger and brighter.


Tips:

Listen to the recording until you learn the process and then practice on your own.

Once you get HEFactivation down experiment with the spectrum of length and other elements. You can go through the process almost instantly or spend an hour focusing on one part; also everything in between.

Remember that things may get stirred up at first and if it does it is probably a healing crises. A healing crisis is when you become aware of discomfort and accept it by recognizing that it is simply moving through and out
